A gruppetto is a group of bike riders who form at the back of the peloton in the mountain stages of tour races. The group’s role is to ensure that everyone makes it to the finish line.
The Gruppetto Fund was founded by a group wanting to do some good while sharing their passion for sport, for cycling, and our admiration for professional cyclists’ determination to make sure that everyone gets to the finish line.

Our Mission
Investing in young people benefits all of society and it is imperative young people have access to the opportunities they need to thrive.
Positive role models, direction, friendships and opportunities allow young people to grow in confidence and learn the skills they need to succeed.
We raise funds to support organisations which create opportunities for disadvantaged kids, helping break the cycle of dysfunction and allowing kids to reset their life pathway.
Working with our partner organisation, the Newsboys Foundation, we currently support groups such as Boys to the Bush and Ocean Mind, groups that have a profound impact that we are proud to support.
